Admission Policy:

Aliea Academy follows a comprehensive admission policy designed to ensure that each child receives the best education in line with Montessori philosophy. Our policies are as follows:

1. Age Requirement: Children must meet the age requirements for the specific program:
   • Pre-KG1: 2-3 years
   • Pre-KG2: 3-4 years
   • KG1: 4 years

1. Application Deadline: We recommend submitting applications as soon as possible since our programs have limited spots available. Early applications will be given priority.
2. Document Submission: Along with the application form, please provide the following documents:
   • A copy of your child's birth certificate
   • A copy of the parent's/guardian's ID

1. Interview: Following the submission of your child's application, we will schedule an interview with you and your child to assess the compatibility of our program with your child's needs.
2. Acceptance Notification: Upon the successful completion of the admission process, you will receive an acceptance notification.
3. Registration Fee: To secure your child's place, a non-refundable registration fee is required within the timeframe specified in the acceptance notification.
4. Trial Period: We believe in ensuring that Aliea Academy is the right fit for your child. Therefore, we offer a trial period during which you can observe your child's adaptation to our environment.
5. Payment Plans: We offer flexible payment plans to help parents manage tuition fees conveniently.
6. Withdrawal Policy: If, for any reason, you need to withdraw your child, please inform us in writing at least one month before the intended withdrawal date.
7. Health and Safety: Aliea Academy prioritizes the health and safety of all our students. Please provide your child's updated medical records upon admission.
